will protect the original
purchaser as outlined for a
period up to 6 months.
· GOLD COVERAGE: This
will protect the original
purchaser as outlined for a
period up to 12 months.
· PLATINUM LIFETIME COVERAGE:
This will protect the original
purchaser as outlined with no
time limit.
· COAST TO COAST ASSURANCE:
This coverage affords purchaser
assistance in solving a problem
with a defective part at any of
over 270
URG member facilities in
North America.
· Warranty coverage's are not
transferable
Warranty terms & conditions
· All our parts are offered with
our standard 30-day warranty. We
also have available extended 6
Month, 1 Year, and Lifetime
warranties. You will have the
option to select the extended
warranty terms when searching
parts in our database.
· All parts are guaranteed,
including electrical parts.
· Warranty must be accompanied
by original invoice.
· Warranty periods begin at date
of purchase. If one of our parts
fails, contact us and we will
arrange for a refund, repair or
replacement of the defective
part. We can also assist in
finding quality repairers all
across the United States if
necessary. We will arrange
shipping as well at our
discretion.
· Warranty is not transferable.
· Returned parts must be
received by BBAP in the same
condition as which they were
sold.
· BBAP in its sole discretion
will replace or refund any
damaged/defective item.
· Returned items, which are not
found to be defective by BBAP
will be subject to a 20% service
charge.
· Improper installation will
void any and all warranties.
· New filter, fluids, & seals
must be installed at time of
purchase.
· Oil & filter must be replaced
to meet guidelines set by
vehicle manufacturer.
· Transmission must be serviced
to meet manufacturer
specifications.
· Incidental damages such as
telephone bill, towing, rental
car, hotels, and cost of time
down due to damages is not
covered under any circumstances.
· Labor is not covered on any
item unless specifically noted
on original invoice
· Warranty does not cover
intentional damage such as:
Running mechanical items without
proper lubricants
Exceeding proper temperature
ranges
Customer applied chemicals or
accidental spills
Driving through water/liquids
enough to cause water/liquid to
be ingested into engine
Consistently running engine
above recommended rpm
Racing, off-roading or otherwise
using said vehicle outside of
manufacturer's guidelines
Accidents, freezing, collision,
fire, theft, vandalism, riot,
explosion, or objects striking
the vehicle
Oil, gaskets, & seals are not
warranted under any
circumstances
Oil/fluid leaks are not covered
with the exception of cracks in
engine blocks or transmission
case
Transmissions are warranted to
be in good working order
including slippage or shifting
failures or bearing noise.
Shearing of teeth, or broken
shafts in manual transmissions
will be considered abuse and
shall not be covered.
